Coordinate the timely completion of case administration tasks and responsibilities, tracking the progress of each stop on assigned projects. Collaborate with all case personnel.


  • Read and analyze settlement agreements and court orders implementing procedures as directed by Project Manager and according to court and client direction.
  • Prepare class member and claimant communications packages including notice, proof of claim forms, and document services.
  • Develop implementation schedule under Project Manager direction working closely with all departments to establish requirements.
  • Coordinate tasks from project start-up through completion with systems, graphics, communications, and intake and dissemination.
  • Maintain case database records performing updates from multiple data sources including court docket, clients, and claimants.
  • Perform in-depth research of individuals claims and communicate directly with claimants and class members on status and in response to specific questions through calls, mail and email received from claimants.
  • Generate project status reports updating parties with case specific statistical data.
  • Coordinate with systems personnel for generation and review of data for reporting purposes.
  • Proof documents and reports for accuracy and adherence to the legal parameters of each case.
  • Communicate case information to clients when requested by Project Manager.
  • Distribute, revise, and share FAQs and call center scripts with Call Center team.
  • Process document review through project queues and database reports.
  • Monitor electronic court filing website for updated court activity, download and store relevant filings, circulate communication to project management.
  • Draft correspondence, modify and update declarations, implementation schedules, and IVRs.
  • Process and review claims in adherence to Settlement Agreement and other Court documents and procedures provided.
  • Train claim processors in specific procedures required by each case.


  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze Settlement Agreements and other Court documents to direct the work of others.
  • Ability to write reports, correspondence, procedures, emails, and letters for case supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with responsiveness to other managers, clients, and claimants.
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a focus on Excel and Outlook and solid knowledge of database administration through Access, Visio and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to keyboard and ten key.
  • Basic knowledge of Chapter 11 bankruptcy process.
  • Working knowledge of PACER or other federal docketing systems.
  • Ability to multi-task with an attention to detail, and grasp new ideas and concepts.


  • Associate of Arts degree and three years legal related experience and/or training in class action or litigation focused employment or equivalent combination of education and experience in the legal profession.
